For Bridal: We are an appointment based studio in Luton UK but we also ship worldwide. All bridal pieces are custom made, hand crafted in our workshops by our skilled artisans in Pakistan. We manage each order through our bridal bespoke service which is from sketch, swatch to shipping (and fittings if UK based). Price to each piece is based on fabric and embroidery selected. Standard Delivery 4-5 working days: FREE

Next Day Special Delivery (order before 1pm): £12 via Royal Mail. (Orders must be placed by Friday 12pm to guarantee Saturday delivery)

(If any sizes that are sold out, you can place a back order there is a 4-6 week turn around however an additional charge will be applied please contact us before placing order as the FREE delivery will NOT apply to a made to order piece)

Orders must be placed by 1pm for guaranteed next working day delivery. However, in special circumstances, next day delivery may be available after this time. Please email us on kianepretltd@gmail.com or Whatsapp us on 07538 950880.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

We make every effort to ensure that your products are delivered within the timescales we've set out above. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that they won't be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after placing the order. 

Please note that during our sale and busy periods, deliveries may take longer. You will be informed accordingly.

UK Bank Holidays are not classed as delivery days. Please allow extra working days for deliveries over the UK Bank Holiday period.

We offer international deliveries to certain countries.

Shipping costs vary with each country:

£22 for USA & Canada (12-20 working days)

£30 for USA & Canada via Parcelforce (3-5 working days)

£14 for Germany (3-5 working days)

£22 for the rest of Europe (3-8 working days)

£30 for UAE (5-7 working days)

£30 for KSA (5-7 working days)

£25 for Australia & Singapore (7-10 working days)

International customers: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

Please check with your country's customs department to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.

Sale items are NON-refundable.

We hope you will be delighted with everything you purchase from us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return full priced items to us within 5 days for a full refund (minus postage costs).

Please contact us via email on kianepretltd@gmail.com before returning any items. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost. Please include your full name and telephone number on the front of your parcel. We recommend you return all items by a service which is tracked (i.e Royal Mail tracked etc). Please keep a note of your tracking number.

All items are dry clean only. Returns will not be accepted if the outfits are worn, the tags have been removed, have been damaged, have been cleaned via other methods and thus damaged etc. We reserve the right to decide this and the customer will be informed accordingly.

If you need to return your outfit, please do remember that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of all products whilst in your care. You can open the packaging to look at and try on the outfits. Please keep and include the original packaging with your return. Please ensure returns are properly packaged and therefore can not be damaged in transit. For combination purchases/multibuys you must return any 'free' items back to us for us to process your refund.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products. We will notify you when we've received your return and we aim to process refunds within 3-5 working days- during busy periods, this may take a little longer. The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment method. Please note the original delivery cost would not be refunded in the event of a return. Pre-ordered or Made-To-Measure items can not be returned unless there is a fault. Please note: a slight difference in colour (due to lighting and camera effects) from the official pictures does not classify as a fault.
